Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and possess strong organisational skills.
Duties
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Coordinate schedules for meetings, presentations, and client visits to ensure effective time management.
Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals.
Maintain an organised filing system for contracts, proposals, and other important documents.
Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary information and resources.
Experience
Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred but not essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
